just keep removing one stick at a time till the computer works, then that's your faulty one.

Just use Memtest to check each stick individually.
It wont take that long and besides you have no idea if only one stick is faulty anyway.

there must be something wrong with the RAM cuz this Diagnostic shows there is, but it doesn't say which RAM is it.

I ran Mem test for 15 hours and i have no idea how to test each stick individually.

im so confused as to what i should do now.

maybe you could try with my surgestion too? you could remove one stick at a time, then do the test, then you should find which is faulty.

true, but that will take hours and hours on end. is there no software that can just simply say "stick # 2 is faulty"? all i want to know is which one is bad. has no one in the world though to make a software that simple?

if you try using everest ultimate edition even in trial mode it will say the name of the stick, but somehow you can see the timings and things for each one.

to do this go onto the menu on the side and go on motherboard another menu will appear from that, go down to spd, it will show your 4 sticks of RAM compare each one to each other, and then if you see an odd one out compared to everything esle, look at what slot it is in could be something like DIMM2, then look on your mother board it should say the exact same thing i.e. DIMM2, if it dosent remove one of the middle ones, and then try your test that shows failed, if it says fail insert the one you took out, and remove the other one.
same if it reports DIMM1 but you dont know which one it is, apart from replace middle with the one at the end in the sentence above.

this might work i dont know.

The length of this thread is ridiculous.

You originally posted on the 9th it is now the 12th.
If you just set Memtest to test one stick of ram per night while you slept you could have been finished by tomorrow.

This is a simple problem to diagnose requiring only some patience but instead has turned into a farce.
