Default I Have a P/B 1379 Comp but Would Like to Make It Faster .

Already I have done last year 512k ddr2 to 2gb ddr2 and the celeron d360 to a celeron e1200 both based on pentium 4 65nm conroe cores but the bios is locked can I make it faster chips were both 775 socket and the celeron e1200 over clocks pretty well ...

Already I have done last year 512k ddr2 to 2gb ddr2 and the celeron d360 to a celeron e1200 both based on pentium 4 65nm conroe cores but the bios is locked can I make it faster chips were both 775 socket and the celeron e1200 over clocks pretty well but I only have the stock cpu fan of the d360 in the mobo but I would like to make the processor a bit faster.
mobo can take 800mhz processors hence the duel core celeron.
Stock e1200 1.6 ghz but can I get 2ghz or 1.8/9 with no heat problem as this cheap mobo lacks temp monitors

Any more money into this is not worth it. Overhaul the whole thing.

Forgot to mention it is a crap 250w psu and the rc415(rio 3) mobo but all I want to do is make the chip a bit faster before I build one
