It is possible the CPU temperature to be quite high and the pc does not show signs of abnormal?

I checked the temperature with Everest and given that the processor was 82
I found it strange because the PC had no behavior that indicates that the temperature was high.
The pc does not shut down alone
No noise
No lock
Not slow
When I touch the outside of the pc do not feel hot.
In short: works normally.

Thinking that was the Everest show a wrong temperature I started the pc and went into the Setup to check the temperature, and the values are the same as indicated by Everest.

Some searching and saw that the maximum temperature for my Intel Celeron D 330, 2666 MHz should be 67 º

Would not open the pc to clean the cooler because I never did before and have some fear of doing so.
And as the pc is working normally do not feel like paying a technician to do the cleaning.

Since the PC works normally, I stop worrying about the temperature, at least for a while?

No, you should definitely clean it.
