Waht is this setting for? my MOBO is GA-MA69VM-S2 GIGABYTE S-Series and why is it that it is unchangeable.

Anyway of making it changeable.

Check out page 70 of the manual it relates to Enabling TV Out Function.

It staes that these settings can also be accessed via the ATI Catalyst Control Center utility.
