Need some advise on how to increase my 512 RAM in a Dell Dimension 4600. What memory increase is possible? To what size? Any special advise for picking a slot? What memory card specs? Thanks F Elliott **For your own protection, don't post your telephone number**

A quick Google reveals this.
RAM
  • Installed Size
  • 512 MB / 2 GB(max)
  • Technology
  • DDR SDRAM
  • Memory speed
  • 333 MHz
  • Memory specification compliance
  • PC2700
  • RAM form factor
  • DIMM 184-pin
  • RAM features
  • Two DDR channels
One of the top results for Googling Dell Dimension 4600 was that it came 10th in PC Worlds 10 Worst PCs of all time.
Sorry I couldnt help it
