If your not into overclocking just get one that will support your current RAM, CPU, GFX card etc.

Any of the bigger brand names, asus, gigabyte, abit etc. will do well.

Sorry for bothering, I'm an inexperienced PC user...
My fried MB is about 25 x 25 cm. Do I need to get one of the same size or size doesn't matter? Like for example, MBs like 23x23cm or 24x24cm.

Nope, as long as it fits your case it doesn't matter.

Although if you have an ATX size case get a ATX mobo.

The fan, power supply, cd-rom, hard drive, audio chip can be connected to any of the PCI express motherboard?
