Im looking to change my Processor and I have no clue at all, about what fits with that motherboard and how to find out. So I hoped you could help me.

My current Processor is a: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400

Frequency : 2133 MHz
Number of Core : 2
Support : Socket 775 LGA
Cache L1 : 2 x 64 KB
Cache L2 : 2048 KB

And my Motherboard is a: Dell 0WG855

Chipset : Intel P965

Could anyone help me with finding/giving me an advice about what to buy/what not to buy?

I'm looking for a processor that will be able to handle future games such as Aion

Socket 775 is what you have.
I dont think you really can upgrade it to anything worth while, Intels P965 chipset only supports a 1066fsb were most of the new CPU's are 1333fsb, as far as I know!

The recommended spec for the game you mentioned aren't that high, your cpu should handle it, maybe upgrading your graphics card would be better idea

Yeah, that processor is fine for essentially anything.

World of Warcraft

On fight with lots of fire, and spell effects all at the same time I get a lot of FPS lag.

Not my picture, just an example for the fire and effects going on:

World of Warcraft

When I play Boss Encounters with lots of spell effects and animations going on.

Not my screenshot but a example:

When stuff like that is going on I get down to as low as 7-10 fps

Games as World of Warcraft

When I play Boss Encounters, where there's a lot of spell animation's and effect's I get low FPS (7-10 FPS)

Example of a such encounter:

I dont think it's my Grapichs Card fault.

Could be heat, clogged up OS, not enough RAM, slow hard drive..

Can you put up your full system specs please?

What res? 1680x1050? WoW is horrible when it comes to optimization, have you tried turning down/off shadows?
