| Hiya Everone! I have Got myself in a confusing state with which motherboard i can use with which processor. I have the Abit Fatal1ty FP IN9 Motherboard socket 775 which supports hyper - threading technology. I just bought the Intel Pentium D820 Dual core processor socket 775 but it dosent support hyper threading- technology ![]() Can anyone tell me if these parts are compatible with eachother. Any replies will be much appreciated. Thanx |

| If the motherboard supports hyper threading but the processor doesn't then they should be absolutely fine together in theory. You could double check with somebody else but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't work. |
