Ok, i did controlled experiements to find my problem
I found that my q8200 is making my motherboard run for about 2 seconds, and power down

( i am running the motherboard on a staticless bag on bare minimum)

I try another CPU and it doesnt Short.

I put the cpu that shorted the motherboard into ANOTHER motherboard, and it doesnt cause a short, so now i am completely cofused,

So i thought it was the cmos, but i reset them by the jumper and nothing, i also unplugged the battery and put it back and the problem persists, i know the motherboard works because it was in my other computer that just doesnt want to work with another computers processor, i really need some help 0.0
