Get Arctic Silver.

EDIT: And if you buy a cooler, plan on tearing your system down, (including taking the motherboard out) and putting it back together.

Yea, arctic silver is very good.

And depending on the cooler, not the one I recommended thankfully, the motherboard might need removing, as some coolers come with back plates (because they are too heavy to be mounted directly to the motherboard) but the one I recommended is connected with the same connections as the stock Intel coolers are.

So i suppose changing the CPU cooler is the ONLY thing i can do??

I bought a case with MANY fans just so this wouldn't happen, and i get the overheating problem anyways.... go figure!

Okay, so after the 102 incident, i was a bit concerned. So i opened up the case to make sure the fan was properly installed. (The Stock Intel Heatsink) And it was NOT. So i fixed it. The temperatures are a bit better. Cores are running 54/46/53/53. So it's better than before, but still on the high side i suppose.
Any suggestions on what CPU heatsink is good on this website?? www.canadacomputers.com
There store is close to my place. They also have two different kind of Artic Silver thermal compounds, which one will be better for me??? Any suggestions/input will be appreciated.

Thanks a lot guys for all the help!

Now you are down where I was before I added my CPU cooler. That's not bad there. Arctic Silver 5 is the one I've always had recommended.

As far as the sensor test? It should have told you if one of your sensors wasn't working. But since you reseated your cpu fan it seems the "off' one shifted and since you didn't get a message saying one of your sensors was broken (or all of them lol0 I would say you are fine there.

I am NOT an expert so I hesitate to either say that those temps are normal (they look ok to me, but not as good as I have seen others report) or to recommend a CPU cooler. Carbon is the expert lol. He says in his computer parts guide: "Xigmatek HDT-S1283. Less than $50, one of the best if not the best coolers. AC7 Pro is good too, but this is better. Get it!" I would listen to him.
