Okay so i downloaded CPUID and that gives me the temp in the 60s.

MAX: 67/64/67/57
MIN: 62/59/60/54

So i guess Real Temp is the "odd" one.

I was going to suggest CoreTemp, but CPUID works fine, I think the 30 ish degrees must be wrong then

Yeah i figured.
Now i have to figure out how to lower these temps. I think i'll have to go out and buy the heatsink....and the Thermal Compound and the thermal compound cleaner.... AHHH there goes another $100!!

go for the Xigmatech posted earlier in the thread, if they don't have that, go for an Arctic cooling freezer 7 pro. The compound I was thinking was about £2-£3 here, but it's about £5 so that's about right.

Yeah i think i'll go with the Artic Cooling. It's $42 on newegg.ca and only $28 on canadacomputers.
So it seems like a good deal.
And of course i'll pick up some of that Artic Silver 5.

I'll let you guys know how it pans out. I'll get the stuff tomorrow most likely.
