Default is it mother board prob? help needed

well after 2 years my computer started to randomly crash,....when something is continuesly used like downloading or ripping cd or when i convert avi to dvd through converter or wotever i use ...after few minutes when i finished my work on computer.. i see dat cpu booting light is still blinking and cannot open and eject my dvd ram bt still i can able to do my work on computer.....after few minutes while working my computer hangs like dead... the keyboard and mouse stopped working yet the power light and booting light remained on and cannot eject or open my dvd ram., and the fans were still spinning. so it isn't a power or mobo failure, as far as I am aware.

In an attempt to remedy the problem I have moved the computer into a more open area to try and improve air flow, as I belive the problem is overheating or lack of air circulation.
even i had tested my both the ram by using single ram ..still the prob is dere.....
even i had formated my pc...but still same prob...

following is my system information...
