Can anyone hel pme out i would like to noe if anyone noes the highest possible cpu i can buyfor this motherboard.
I have the Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40ghz
i've been told the Intel Pentium 4 3.4 GHz - RK80546PG0961M may work but no idea.

No, it'll come with a heatsink and fan, and probably thermal paste on the bottom of the fan.
