which would be a better motherboard
-Asus P5KPL-1600
-Asus P5KPL-C-1600
-Gigabyte EP31-DS3L
-MSI P43 Neo F

these board are all around $105
and whats the difference between the the P5KPL 1600 and the P5KPL- C-1600? as far as i can tell they are the same apart from the P5KPL-C-1600 only having 2 ram slots and the P5Kpl-1600 having 4

also are there better boards for the money?

i have completely crossed the Asus P5KPL-C-1600 off the list.

i personally like Asus very much as it has an extra PCIe, but i have had an asus with dud usb ports (although that probably beacuse it was found in the hard waste)

but the P43 neo f sounds good, due to MSI's good reputation and extra SATA ports. one of our computers had an MSI board and that died though.

and Gigabyte seem to have a solid reputation but i've never had a Gigabyte motherboard, and it has 3 PCIe 1x slots, which i will never use.

i will be overclocking an E7300 to around 3ghz. will these boards handle it?

Maybe a P45-DS3R? I'm using one and it works fine but it all really depends on your other specs.
Have a look.
