Default Motherboard decision.

I already have:

E8400
4gig OCZ platinum 1066
antec quattro 850W
2 - Ati Radeon x1900xt

I'm gonna buy the

Seagate ES.2 500gig HD
with the Antec 900 gaming case

Now I have to choose a motherboard.

I now have these 2 in mind... the Gigabyte DS3L and the ASUS P5Q.

I was thinking.. since I have 2 x1900's it would probably be better to get the P5Q but I'm not sure if that would be the better choice.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
