i want to crossfire two ati h4670s

Uh, why? Are they just sitting around or something?
Crossfiring budget cards is like challenging your friend and his Ferrari to a drag race and claiming you're faster because you rubberbanded two Geo Metros together. The only time when multi-card setups are worth it is the opposite: driving high end 24"+ monitors and even that's a challenging situation not to meet with a GTX 295 or whatever.
Other than that, just look for well-reviewed stuff based on the 780G or sometimes 770 chipset. I list several in my guide, though I like the
MA770-UD3 quite a bit for budget builds (AMD equivalent of the P43) but the
MA780G-UD3H just came out which is the AMD equivalent of the P45-UD3P series, so it's worth the money.
