Default motherboard feature explanations

hi guys any idea what these features are/mean on my motherboard spec, it mentions some bits but unsure on the details and if its automatic or not

super speed - jumperless system bus overclocking through a dedicated bios setting

super boot - reduces boot speed by storing values during first boot

super recover - a hidden hard drive parition to stor and recover bios cmos setup

super step - windows based system bus overclocking

super bios protect - hardware and software double bios locking

super update - windows based bios updating

so would these be default on or do i have to switch them on?

Overclocking through software; by the bios. Basically what all motherboards are capable of to a more or lesser degree through menus within the bios for manual settings for voltages, pcie socket speed, ram timings etc.

super boot - reduces boot speed by storing values during first boot
Sounds like software that saves your settings to speed up the initial boot process

super recover - a hidden hard drive parition to stor and recover bios cmos setup
Software that stores a backup of your bios settings

super step - windows based system bus overclocking
Sounds likes you can overclock through a windows-based utility

super bios protect - hardware and software double bios locking
Password/admin settings??

super update - windows based bios updating
Bios updating (why??) through a windows based utility.

so would these be default on or do i have to switch them on?
I'd guess they come on a disc or discs or are already preloaded on the board on an e-prom (Flash) memory chip. You'll no doubt have manual control over whether or not they are on or off.
