well for starters, do you think you could refrain from using text talk, as there is no reason for it, and it's alot easier to understand in proper English.

Ok, now, have you checked you haven't knocked out any power connectors whilst moving your fan around? And how tightly did you screw your fan back on? Which fan is this? is it the CPU fan?

Yes its the CPU Fan, and I haven't knocked anything I think. Also when I turn it on it doesn't even beat and I'm sure it has to beep at lesat once.

hmm, well that's strange, I think you must have chnaged something without knowing, how much do you know about wiring up a PSU to the PC? if you know a bit, check each wable that should be plugged in, is plugged in fully. Orther thn that, I think there mighe be something wrong with your board, it just seems strange that is happened just when you took off then re-allied the fan. Did you take the CPU out in the procces? and how tightly did you tighten down the fan? Which CPU is it? Which fan is it?

You might have killed the board with static electricity.

Did you do it whilst kneeling etc on carpet?

you could still have generated a static charge. have you got acces to a similar board to check the rest of the components on?

If you did it on your bed, I'd say there was an extremely high chance you toasted your board through static electricity.

Time to buy a new motherboard....
