Sounds like you may have a virus or a Trojan .... The best thing is to shut it down, unplug it and run a virus scan on it. Avg has free anti virus software and it works quite well. We use it on all the computers at my library.

well first of all, if it comes up a blue screen saying "Dumping all physical memory" it means that something is wrong with the computer, but dont worry, all you have to do is just shut the computer all the way down and wait for a couple of minutes and turn it back on, and if it keeps doing that, you need to take it to a computer repair shop. Its a virus, try to get a virus scan that will run at MS mode. save it on disk then run it from there.

Since we are guessing, here's mine: Increase your virtual memory and install more RAM. These type problems are usually related to one or the other.
