Default Is My CPU Fried?

This is a simple question, but heres the case. My cpu doesnt really looked fried. I was wondering what all you can do to see if it is.... I searched in google to see pictures of other fried cpus, but mine really doenst look like it fried. Any advice?...

CPU's never die, unless you power on with no fan on it, but then it would be confirmed with a puff of smoke.

what is wrong with your computer? what is it doing? it is most likley the mobo or psu that has died but why do you think it is this?

This thread is useless, it's like asking if a chicken is cooked inside or not.

Unless you have x-ray vision or you cut it open no one knows, especially those whom can't even see it.

What happened for you to think it's cooked, like I said unless you powered on your CPU without a heatsink and fan then it is highly unlikely to be cooked.
