I am wanting to order a cooler that will help this processor run cooler then the stock heat sink and fan . Thanks

Are you OC'ing it? Usually stock heat sink and fan are matched fairly well.. and also on the page you linked to people have said it ran cool with stock settings.

It maybe you didn't apply thermal paste evenly/enough?

Or if it came with pre stuck paddy type thing then it may just not be contacting quite enough...
