 Need Advice on a Motherboard for an Intell Q6600 Processor I Have on Hand

My price range would probably be in the 150-$175.00 range at most. It won't be used for gaming but, I plan to use the Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT card I have on hand for now along with my Corsair TX650 PS and maybe, OC. a little bit also . Thanks...
