OK, it needs to be LGA775, have at least 2 PCI-E 16x 2.0 slots, have at least 1 PCI-E 1x slot, and 2 or more PCI slots, have good OC capability, reliable, proven winner, etc. i was guna get a 780i motherboard, but after doing extensive researching and reading the 109 page manual for these motherboards, i found there BIOS is not yet come out with a stable version. although i would like to see one that has the features of this motherboard (IE: like the ones i mentioned above) is there such a motherboard out there?

One thing about that board, is that you won't be able to use SLI on it. Don't know if that botheres you, or not, but I thought I would point it out.

why wont it SLI? it has 2 PCI-E16x 2.0 slots.

what? I never heard that before... where did you hear this? cuz i would like to see this for myself.

edit- also, it seems all the 7xx i series motherboard have serious video corruption problems. I have done over 10 hours of hard core researching on the series motherboards and i dont like what i see.

X38 and X48 are Crossfire only.
