Default Need Help Choosing A Motherboard

Well I am looking into buying a new motherboard so I can add some more Ram. My current motherboard is P5L-MX and was a very bad choice by me. I need a motherboard that supports a Core2Duo and that has slots that support 667mhz and 800mhz, it should have 4 slots of ram. The only place I can get this stuff from is from this website right here. I was hoping for anything it doesn't matter, microt atx or regular atx. Also I would like for the motherboard to cost 150$ or less.

Hmm on the motherboard it says :

Support Intel next generation 45nm Multi-Core CPU

What exactly does this mean, when Intel makes the move from 65nm to 45nm and releases their new CPUs this motherboard will support them???
