You know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im liking you more and more every post you put up there lol... Whats your opinion on cooling units ... i guess my unit was very hot fans working and stuff but im in a very dusty environment ... clean it but i guess not enough ...

Stock should be fine, stock ones have improved since the Athlon 3000 days. If you really need one (and the case is big enough), you might try the Xigmatek S1283 which is $27 after rebate and free shipping. Could also just get a case with dust filters.
