Found a bit of leaked new over the net. Seems like Intels 32nm chips are I5 and I3 labelled with some I7 8XX's on the way too

Better come down in price quick once they launch because the 955 is about the same speed as that i5-750 in Turbo mode (and with four cores) for $200, much less the i5 motherboard cost vs existing cheap AM3 boards....

Not sure what socket they're on like but it's interesting that the I7 gets bumped up even more..

The prices will drop, people will be buying the new ones claiming processing oomph glory and over clocking them probably through the 6GHz barrier..

Core 2 Duo and Quad are still the ones for me.. Thinking of an E8700 when they emerge or a Q9550 for christmas. Not looking for one of these new ones, really don't see the point. No good for games and they cost more than a car..
