Default New Mobo Recs?

Plan on building a gaming rig. Will use E6600 chip but cant decide on mobo. Would like to spend less than $200 USD on mobo. Will use 8800GTS GPU. I will probably not OC. Any large advantage to DDR3?

No massive advantage to DDR3 at the moment 1) Because it's still hugely pricey and 2) Because the latency's tend to be rather stupid.

That's just generalising but still,I believe, accurate.

A good mobo would be this
