| That CPU is really expensive. Is there a CPU like this one but cheaper? Thanks |

| Err, you either have a lot of money or you're, as my UK colleagues would note, "taking the piss". I'm going to assume the former. You have made some really bad hardware choices (no offense!). So let's fix them. DDR3 is fine, though I'm not sure whether that speed is supported by a lot of motherboards. Could you please link the motherboard (nForce is not descriptive, in fact it's a relatively minor southbridge chipset). The QX9770 isn't bad, it's just horribly expensive. Just pick up a E8500 Core 2 Duo for $250 (₤125 or so?). Your graphics card..well..hype > benchmarks. Pop in two 8800GTSs (around same price) and that'll be more than sufficient. Note to get the 512MB version, not the older 320 or 768mb version. PSU is overkill, I'd be looking at a 850W-1kW one from a reputable brand. Don't hear good things about Tagan. Try PC Power and Cooling, they're the most reliable ones you'll find. Antec, Thermaltake, also good choices.

| http://uk.insight.com/apps/productpr...79011&src=FRO1 That is the link to the motherboard. This is between my price budget so do not look at the price. http://www.guru3d.com/article/mainboard/513/1/ Near the end of this review, it gives us the components inside the system. I know a few CPUs are available for this motherboard. These are core 2 duo, core 2 extreme, core 2 quad, penryn and pentium. I am imagining quad and penryn are the better ones in the list? |

| Penryn == Wolfdale == 45nm. The E8500 I suggested is that.
