Well from what I remember seeig in another review the Scythe Ninja-CU isn't actually that good, I assumed it was because the fins are so far apart compared to all the rest of the heatsiks around, meaning that it has a much reduced surface area compared to others of a similar size. I can't remember anything about the other two though.

I think its ridiculous.

It would bend the motherboard a considerable amount with all its weight.

ok you will need a backing plate because of the size of the thing but would look cool i would have one but i can watercool for around 50 pounds so makes sense to insted of spending ner that on a ninja ll
