| Over priced? No idea, also if your going for AMD then AM2 is the socket to go for.

| Over priced? The price is so high because they're not made anymore by AMD. So the market is smaller, and a smaller market always demands a premium. Much in the same way as AGP graphics cards (although these are still made).

| Over priced? Very, you can pick one of those up on eBay brand new for about 100GBP

| Over priced? In all seriousness you have to love Ebay. Bargains abound. Even commanding a premium, that cpu is very overpriced. You can get an E6850 for cheaper. Stuff like that almost persuades people to upgrade their whole rig rather than just the cpu.
