Default Overall system performance

I am going to build a desktop PC using the following main hardware

Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.4GHz S775 1066MHZ
Intel X38 Chipset FSB 1333 MHz
3GB DDR2 RAM with Bus speed 667 MHZ

As you see that RAM does support only 667MHZ bus speed, will it drop down the overall system speed from 1066/1333 MHZ to 667 MHZ ?
Can you please justify your answer technically.

Default Overall system performance

RAM = FSB x 2 (double data rate)
CPU = FSB x your multiplier

So no - just do the math on the FSB :p
