Doesn't matter - did some research and you can't change the volts of Celerons anyway. Looks as if this is the highest you'll be able to go. You could take the lower speed memory out and try then to see if you should buy a gig or so of that and if it'd increase the OC, but I doubt you'll get much more out of it.

aaaa alrite then, i dont think i will get anymore ram caus i am thinking of upgrading it all but am hoping to spend less then £250 as i've got a 40gb HDD and that will do me tell i have money to buy it, unfortunatly no cd drive for me, but i found one for a couple of quid.

anyone recommend any dual core processor? is there advantages and disadvantages of an AMD and an Intel?

£250 will buy you a lot more than you think, lol.

You won't be able to upgrade to a C2D on that motherboard. It's Socket 478, not 775. :/

yea i know that i cant put a core 2 duo in but was just wanderin what would be the best value for money cpu, i dont fancie overclocking as the core 2 duo's can be expensive, but one that has a good possibilty later in life, and will be stable when overclocked later in life
