I am overclocking my Pentium 4 516 CPU from 2.93GHZ to 3.21GHZ by raising my bus speed from 133mhz to 146mhz (22x multiplier) and I have PC2-4300 Nanyo ram do I have to overclock it with the CPU and if I do what do i clock it too?
