Solved it, PC3200, which I now think is the speed and am I right in thinking DDR is backward compatible and therefore it does not really matter?

The tinternet is a wonderful think ;)

However do I need to watch what speed MHz the RAM is, Fujitsu say 200,266 ,333. Would there be a problem putting 400MHz in.

ie would this be suitable:

Kingston Hyperx 512MB DDR 400MHz PC3200 Non-ECC CL2 (2-3-2-6-1) DIMM

Cheers

There's no problem putting 400mhz ram in Thwapy, the mobo will just run it at the fastest it is capable of. In this case 333mhz.
