 RAM Failure - Thinkpad T42 with 512GB +1GB OCZ PC2700

Hi,
I upgraded my RAM 18 months ago (I have Thinkpad T42 with 512GB, put additional 1GB OCZ PC2700) and it was working just fine up until yesterday.
Yesterday my laptop didn't want start, only when I removed the additional RAM it was working normally. Any ideas what should I ...

RAM Failure - Thinkpad T42 with 512GB +1GB OCZ PC2700
Sounds like the OCZ RAM went bad. RMA it if it's still in warranty.
