Default Ram makes a diffrence in gaming?

My Computer Specs:

AMD Sempron 2600+ ,1.83 GHz
Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
DirectX 9.0
768 MB of RAM
GeForce 7600 GT Superclocked 512MB (AGP)

Friends Computer Specs:
Unkown Processor
Widnows XP (Service Pack 2)
DirectX 9.0
1 Gig of RAM
512 MB Video Card (Unkown Manufacture) (PCI Express)

So those are the specs compared with me and my friends computer.
My question is, Scince the specs are basicly alike.
How come when i play world of warcraft on my computer, i get average 25 FPS
But on my friends computer. . its 60 FPS Average?
The 232 MB of RAM shouldnt make a difference should it?
I Do sometimes get the warning saying Virtual Memory Low, But i dont think that should be the problem. I asked him and he said it might be the ram but i dont know. Please Help!

(Side Question)
Is 65c Average temputure okay for a GeForce 7600 GT Superclocked 512MB (AGP)?
I dont think its c though because thats basicly cooking it, Water boils at 100c, so it might be F, but any ways yeah thanks.

Steven.,

Uh, you don't know the processor or the video card? Those make a pretty huge difference as well. Your computers may not be on as level ground as you think.

Oh, and 65C is fine.
