I replaced the RAM in my PC a few months ago with a Transcend 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) to a EVGA AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard. The PC will crash when I play a newer video game or when I run a stress test on the RAM. Should I replace the RAM again or should I change the timing settings?

You should go into your bios and make sure that your RAM Voltage is set at 1.8v or 1.9v
Do this by either pressing F10 or Delete at startup

Yep, check the voltages and the timings are set at what it says on the side of the RAM sticks, or on the manufacturers website.
