Thermal paste help?

Yea it obviously depends on how aften your computer is on. mines is on pretty much constant so 500 hours can easy to burn in.

mine stays on at the day time but not night usually

I have a server and a Smoothwall that have been running for the last 2 years constantly.

I think thats about 17530 hours each. Never replaced the cheapie thermal paste

So your telling me you change your thermal paste after every few months?

to be honest i dont think it matters too much, was just somethin i read in pc mag for optimal performace. When ur temps get higher i guess u kno wen to renew it anyway
