I have come across a problem whilst trying to update my bios. I have an Asus P5K SE/EPU motherboard with the current bios version at 0304 and I'm trying to update my bios to the latest version 0604 which I downloaded from the Asus website and then placed onto a freshly formatted (FAT32) flash drive and tried to run the EZ-FLASH utility from the bios, but whenever I do, the bios seems to freeze and become unresponsive, none of the key options will work. I have tried both usb and ps2 keyboards. also have tried different usb sticks. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

Try the utility "Winflash" it allows you to update your bios while you are in windows. it beats making bootable disks
