surely thats not good?

and my motherboard info is below but it doesnt tell you much?

i just stumbled across esupport.com and apprently i should pay $30 to upgrade my bios with

and whenever i rang customer support when i first got the PC (vista was useless at the start) they asked for the number of - w001258566

You will need the info from them mate on the CPU type as everest is not pulling the needed info.

Just ask them what socket your CPU is.
