Default Upgrading processor

So long as they are AGP they will be fine.Unless they need alot of power in which case you may need to upgrade the PSU.
Check places like Here to compare the graphics cards.
Download Everest from the downloads section for detailed information about your PC.
I assume you will need DDR Ram.

Whilst the link might look a bit daunting all you have to look at is which card has the highest FPS(frames per second)in various benchmarks.
184 pin DDR 400 Non ECC ram will be the best for you.

The ram is fine.
I am not going to check the graphics card as I have already taken the time to link you to a site that will benchmark it against others for you.

There are alot but not "too many".
You look to see which one has the highest FPS or score then go shopping and see if you can afford it.
I like to help people that help themselves.Hopefully along the way they learn something and can then in turn help someone else.
That is why I linked you to a benchmarking site and explained how to use it.
I am not tech support,I dont get paid to do this I just like to help out sometimes,I find it annoying when people refuse to listen or try to help themselves.
Here if you want to be really lazy.
I Googled top 5 AGP cards.
