Using K8M Neo-V MSI mobo, Running a AMD athlon 754s, 2.0GHz 3000+

Processor. I would like to upgrade to a bigger/faster processor but am not sure what

my Mobo can handle, also running 1GB memory, 256 GraphCard. Computer is used as a Gaming/Everyday computer. On the other hand what would a good upgrade

be for my mobo, Im not 100% happy with the 754s, not a large variety for more popular

processors. Any input welcome, well except neg!!! Thanks Adam

What's your budget?

I wouldn't upgrade from a 3000+ to a 3700+ as you wouldn't really see a huge boost in performance.

Depending on your budget it might be worthwhile upgrading to a SKT939 and going dual-core, as the 3800+ dual cores and a mere £50, if that, and a decent motherboard can be picked up for less than £30.
