What's the core clock of the Sapphire? Seems to me if one has a better cooler that you could overclock that one to 1ghz or whatever as well and save yourself the difference and have a better cooler too.

omg the last post didnt work. basicly the xfx be has a core speed of 1000mhz and ram speed of 4000mhz with 1 gb of frame buffer and the shapphire vapour-x series has a core speed of 750 mhz with 3600mhz of ram speed and 2gb of frame buffer with a better cooler i dunno how much better than ati's stock fan but it looks alot better but im in favor of the xfx because of its 1ghz clock. but then again lookin at the shappire if its got a gd cooler then i shud be able to clock it up to 1ghz and maybe more plus then id have the 2gb onboard the gpu to play with so that wud go along way 4 me speicly if im playing games with aa on :) but u see how can i choose i read one fourm and peps say no dnt get this get that how can i choose man? soz if that sounds all too confuzzing just thats how confuzzed i atm lol :)

I thought you were comparing two 4890s..the XFX 4890 is a better card regardless of clocks or VRAM, end of story.
