But how does the AMD 6400+ one shape up. Is it better than AMDs quad? Is AMDs quad gonna improve over the next yr?

My AMD Turion 64x2 TL-56 in my laptop has been brilliant. I had a friend about 12mths ago who put an Intel in his, and it was nothing but trouble. I'm just the type of person who runs Linux (windows when gaming) and loves AMDs. Would I regret not buying AMD in about a year or so? I'll do some more research on Intels...what is better though - there dual or quad cores? Thanks
No problem.

But I wouldn't be surprised if AMD was sold next year.

Anyone reading: Remember I said that.

and's quads are to be honest .... terrible, all of the new gaming rigs feature intel processors, even the us missiles have intels (i should of said that seing as there seems to be a problem with friendly fire)
trust me ... you wont regret making the switch

OK then...If they aren't sold in part or fully, will you put an AMD in your computer?

Right then...For all Intel lovers I m gonna seriously consider an Intel CPU. But going back to my original question, which is better the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Black Edition or the AMD Phenom 9600?
