You will not need to upgrade anything else other than the Power Supply; your looking at a 400W minimum.

The Corsair CX400W PSU seems like a good choice.

If you're not throwing in a huge graphics card later, you should be okay. The X2 240s actually use less power then what you are using - a test system with the 955 and a 7900GTX pulled about 180W at idle, whereas a system with a X2 240 and a 4850 pulls roughly 80W.

Using Power Supply calculators they state that farayman3's system will draw 360W at full load, is this just nonsense then?

Yeah, "power supply calculators" are BS.

alright carbon so your saying i can just put my power-supply from my older computer with 350 watt, and that should be enough? and can I put it in my acer right now without doing any damage ?(just to check so i won't destroy my new motherboard when i've got it)

I didn't say it could go in your existing motherboard, else I would have said just buy it by itself

Yes, the power supply you are using should work fine. If you are really concerned, they are pretty cheap, but unless you are using a graphics card along with this, you should be fine.

I'm using a radeon HD 4670, but what if i put in that other power-supply from my older computer that got 350 watt will that solve it? because i'm really low budget

Wattage is a useless metric. What you have in your current system might be better than a "350 watt" PSU.

What I'm saying is that if the system you have runs the new chip draws less power so it is fine.
