Default What's the best CPU out there????

....I'm pretty sure this question has been posted before...but I'm asking. I'm looking to build my own from scratch (I'm very adventurous)...money is not an issue. I was hoping this thread would spark a debate about the best CPU processor on the market today. Please let me know what you think.

Probably a Core 2 Quad Intel of some description. :)

AMD lovers will have a different view I'm sure.

money is no option, go for it.
and while you're building your server, you might as well go with 1000 GB of RAM :D:D

I suppose the best CPU would not be dual cores or quad cores rather multiprocessor clusture. Or some PowerPC CPU. I heard that even PS3 has very very powerfull cell processors CPU. It also has 4 cores.
