| If it is possible for some experts to access all the data that is stored in my computer, why can't I do the same thing? Why is this process such a secret? |

| Because it requires thousands of dollars of equipment, hundreds of dollars worth of software, and/or experts in the field of forensics/data recovery.But other than that, hey, if you have a mass spectrometer, a PhD in electronic engineering, and the necessary data retrieval algorithms and sufficient time, you go right ahead and help yourself. |
