first off, please excuse my spelling. someone thought it was funny to change the letters on my keyboard so now everything is mixed up -_-..... but i have been hearing that some motherboards are not compatible with the E8400 CPU, which just so happens to be the new upgrade i ...

first off, please excuse my spelling. someone thought it was funny to change the letters on my keyboard so now everything is mixed up -_-..... but i have been hearing that some motherboards are not compatible with the E8400 CPU, which just so happens to be the new upgrade i was going to get. My motherboard is listed below my posts and it is the rev 2 version. i have looked in google but got nothing that could answer this question. can someone help me here???

seems like it will only work if you overclock the motherboard look here for a list of supported CPU's for that board.

huh...so at least it will support it....although its only a beta bios...which worries me...but, i do plan to OC the hell out of this thing. going for 4GHz. so if i have to OC to make it work, it shouldnt be hard at all. I am good with OC.
