Default Will RAM bottleneck the GPU?

This is my first time visiting the forums and I apologize if i've posted this in the wrong place. This looks pretty close to what I was looking for.

I'm planning to build my own computer soon, and I was wondering if it was possible for 533 MHz RAM to bottleneck a Geforce 8800GT 512MB? (Assuming that I know the correct turn of phrase for 'bottleneck.')

These would be the specs:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 Processor, 2.40GHz, 2MB Cache, 800MHz FSB.

CD/DVD Burner: Lite-On LH-20A1S SuperAllwrite SATA OEM DVD Burner - 20x DVD±R Burn, 16x DVD±R Read, 8x DVD+RW, 6x DVD-RW, 8x DVD±R DL, 12x DVD-RAM, 48x32x CD-R/RW.

GPU: XFX GeForce 8800 GT Video Card - 512MB DDR3, PCI Express 2.0.

RAM: PNY 1024MB PC4200 DDR2 533MHz Memory. (I'm nabbing two for a total of 2GB of memory, which is the maximum that the motherboard allows.)

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB Hard Drive - 7200, 16MB, Serial ATA-300.

Motherboard: Asus P5GC-MX Intel 945GC Socket 775.

Power Supply: 500W.

My intention is to play next-generation games (Bioshock, Call of Duty 4 and etc,) on high or maximum settings for quite some time. Will this get me there? :)

Why such a crappy motherboard?
Only supports 2GB,front side bus only 800 max.
In my opinion pretty soon after you put this PC together you will start to wish you had spent a little more on the mobo.

I have other 'blue-prints' i'm working on, but the question remains. I'm not a newbie, but i'm definetly not an expert. A little below average. (Basic mechanics understanding.)

My budget is roughly $900.

I do not think it will cause a bottleneck.
Sorry for not answering your question originally its just that you want to play next gen games for some time to come and that motherboard will seriously reduce your options upgrade wise.

My guide has a setup for that with much (much!) better parts. The E4600 will have its pants blown off by the 8400, for example. Here's a link.
