Will this motherboard: MSI K9N4 SLI-F Motherboard - NVIDIA, Socket AM2, ATX, Audio, PCI Express, SLI Ready, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0, Serial ATA be able to work with a AMD Athlon 64 processor 3400+?

Default Will this work?
You need to make sure that the cpu you have is socket AM2 and not socket 939. If it is AM2, then you won`t have any problems.
